Gaston Schul is an independent full-service customs provider. Since 1845, we have been supporting businesses with their European customs matters. We are seeking a Customer Service Professional (m/f/d) for our Customer Service team in Kløfta or Strömstad, for 40 hours per week.

What tasks await you?

As a Customer Service representative managing small accounts, you will respond to service inquiries efficiently and professionally. You will assist in problem-solving, provide information on orders, and ensure a positive experience for customers.

Your day will include:

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships within Germany, Norway, and Sweden by responding to incoming sales inquiries and concerns via phone and email.
  • Preparing and assisting in credit checks and offers, as well as creating CRM reports. You will ensure that customer data, accounts, and contracts are correctly managed and documented in the CRM system.
  • Supporting the team with invoicing and document management (SOPs, contracts, changes, processes, etc.) for all services.
  • Independently handling administrative tasks to support the Customer Team.
  • Managing the email inbox and acting as the point of contact for customer inquiries via the website.
  • Serving as an interface between Sales and Operations and supporting the "Last in Line" telephone service in Operations.
  • Creating quotes for small and medium-sized customers and managing the onboarding of new clients.

You enjoy close contact with customers and maintain positive relationships across various communication channels, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.

    Additionally, you bring:

    • Experience in customer service, ideally in a similar role.
    • Customs knowledge and experience with CRM tools and basic sales support knowledge.
    • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
    • An independent and structured work style.
    • Strong team spirit and high customer orientation.
    • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
