Implementation & Business Process Project Manager

At Gaston Schul, we are looking for an Implementation & Business Process Project Manager to support our teams and customers in improving and implementing efficient operations.
The role
As an Implementation & Business Process Project Manager, you will ensure smooth customer onboarding and efficient operations. You will manage projects, implement new processes, and maintain internal procedures. Collaboration with teams and support on customs matters are key parts of your role. This position offers a chance to make a real impact in a dynamic environment!
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and onboard new customers at an operational level.
- Collaborate with business consultants to drive digitalisation and operational efficiency.
- Set up and maintain standard operational procedures.
- Train customer teams on new processes and hand over implemented customers to (Key) Account Management.
- Support customer teams in complex customs matters, including declarations and regulatory communications.
- Monitor and improve operational procedures in collaboration with consultants and team managers.
- Initiate and lead specific projects, defining scope, objectives, and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Act as the liaison between customer teams and advisors, ensuring seamless communication.
